Inspirational quotes

Why this page?

Quite a few times I have encountered in books or on social media a quote that has enlightened me and that I wished I had remembered in those days when an extra motivational boost was needed. I believe that a great quote is like a great poem: it encapsulates someones’s idea or thought in a particularly enlightening way. It may be the essence of someone else’s journey through life, or just a lesson learned through a particular experience. It can teach us something, it can make us think, it can simply inspire us…

This page is to remind myself about those quotes. Hope that somebody else could be inspired by them.

Any action is often better than no action, especially if you have been stuck in an unhappy situation for a long time. If it is a mistake, at least you learn something, in which case it’s no longer a mistake. If you remain stuck, you learn nothing.
